At Earthen, we believe every plate can make a difference. With sustainable materials and mindful practices, we create products that serve with elegance, protect the planet, and inspire conscious living. Every product is designed to leave behind zero waste, ensuring a healthier tomorrow for future generations. Together, we’re not just building tableware — we’re building a movement towards a greener, cleaner world.
It was 2012. A simple, sincere question stirred something deep in our home:
“Why can’t we serve food in something natural, not plastic?”
And just like that, the seed of Earthens was planted.
Nilesh, my husband — the eldest of three brothers — saw possibility where others saw waste. Fallen palm leaves, lying quietly under the trees, held the answer. No chemicals. No cutting. Just nature’s own offering, waiting to be shaped with care.
There were no factories then, no funding, no fancy offices.
Just the four walls of our home, some big dreams, and an even bigger belief.
They say every home, every dream, every journey has a heartbeat.
For us, that heartbeat began with a palm leaf — and a family full of hope.

In 2013, this quiet spark crossed seas.
Nilesh’s younger brother Manish and his wife Aashima — both settled in Australia — saw the same dream take root on distant shores.
From their home in Sydney, they began supplying palm leaf plates, making Earthens one of the earliest Indian-origin eco-brands with a global presence.
By 2016, we knew trading wasn’t enough. We wanted to shape these plates ourselves — with our values, our quality, and our hands.
That’s when the youngest brother, Ashish, and his wife Deepti made the boldest move. They left behind their comfortable corporate lives in Mumbai and relocated to the quiet town of Tumkur, Karnataka — to build Earthens’ first factory from scratch.
No deep pockets. No guarantees. Just faith, fire, and family.
They didn’t just change cities — they rewrote their lives.
And in doing so, they laid the foundation for something far greater.

At the heart of Earthens today are 48 incredible women — many of them the first earners in their homes.
They don’t just make plates.
They shape dignity. They mould empowerment. They carry pride in every press and polish.
Machines can make products. But these women infuse soul.
Every plate that leaves our factory holds their spirit — precise, powerful, and deeply personal.

At Earthens, we believe that every meal can be a step toward a cleaner planet. Our products are made from natural, biodegradable materials like sugarcane, bamboo, and palm leaves—perfect for conscious homes, eco-events, and sustainable businesses. From plates and bowls to spoons and trays, we make serving simple, stylish, and planet-friendly.
In my time, nothing went to waste — and every meal meant something. With Earthens, I’m bringing that same old-school wisdom to your table. We craft tableware from nature’s own bounty — no plastics, no poisons. Just fallen palm leaves, shaped with care, so you can eat well, live kindly, and leave the world better than you found it.
One day, I hope no child will eat from plastic, no river will carry waste, and no soil will choke. Earthens is for that future — where simple living, mindful eating, and clean habits come back into fashion.
Let’s raise our families the way we were raised — close to nature, full of love, and with clean hands and clear hearts.
When you choose palm leaf plates, you’re not just serving food – you’re serving the future.
