At Earthens, we turn something the earth has already given – naturally fallen Areca palm leaves – into beautiful, functional dinnerware. No trees cut. No chemicals. Just nature’s gift, shaped with skill and care in our state-of-the-art, women-powered factory. Every plate we make carries two promises: respect for nature and respect for people. Our rural women workforce crafts each piece with precision, in a clean, spacious, and hygienic environment – earning fair wages and building stronger futures for their families. Our dinnerware is lightweight yet sturdy, leak-proof, and microwave-safe – ready to handle hot curries, cold salads, oily treats, or even soups with grace.

The Earthens Process - Step by Step

1. Sourcing with Care

Dry, fallen Areca palm sheaths are collected directly from local farmers – we pay fair prices, turning what was once farm waste into a source of rural income.

2. Hygienic Storage

The leaves are stored in our spacious, well-ventilated, and hygienic warehouse, keeping them safe and ready for processing.

3. Deep Cleaning

Leaves are soaked and washed using high-pressure water jets to remove dust and impurities, ensuring spotless raw material.

4. Shaping by Innovation

Clean, supple leaves are pressed in in-house designed, state-of-the-art moulding machines, giving them perfect shapes and crisp designs while sterilizing them through controlled heat.

5. Quality with a Human Touch

Every plate passes through careful product cleaning and inspection by our trained women artisans, ensuring flawless quality.

6. Packing it Right

Plates are hygienically packed as per customer requirements, ready for safe transport and long shelf life (up to 24 months).
