Refund and Returns Policy

At Earthens, we take great care in crafting and delivering eco-friendly products that meet high standards of quality and sustainability. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item was damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product or quantity
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • Your return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Custom or bulk orders unless there is a manufacturing defect

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@earthens.in with the following:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you via email
  • Process your refund to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • If paid through UPI, Credit Card, or Net Banking, the refund may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please place a new order after your return is processed.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you must wait to receive the order and then request a return as per the policy.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.
